Reporting a staff member:
Reporting a staff member is an offence if it is incorrect, make sure your information is correct.
When reporting a staff member, you just say the offence and the name of the staff member - making sure the information is correct, because if its not and you give a staff member a bad name through it on purpose, you will have action taken against you.
Otherwise.... Just say what they did, their name, when they did it and anyone who witnessed it.. and any additional information.
